A Certificate of Eligibility is the document that entitles qualified Veterans to a guaranteed government sponsored VA loan for either a mobile-home, business, or a house.
The Certificate can be obtained by going to your local VA Office and submitting your seperarion papers (DADA FORM) and yoru request for a Certificate of Eligibility (VA Form 1880).
